Dance Floor Fitness is a fun, high-energy workout that combines easy-to-follow dance moves with fitness exercises.

 

It’s designed so anyone can join in, whether you’ve never danced before or haven’t moved since the 90s.

 

You’ll burn calories, improve your fitness and coordination, boost your mood, and have a laugh whilst doing it.

 

It’s less about perfect steps and more about moving, smiling, and feeling great.

Location: Youth Centre, St. Andrew’s Church, Burgess Hill

​Cost: £7 per session

  • Dynamic Music & Movements: Our classes are powered by the fast-paced, exhilarating sounds of great, feel good music. Each session combines rhythmic dance moves with cardio and bodyweight exercises, designed to get your heart pumping and keep you fully engaged.

  • Supportive, No-Judgment Environment: Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer, you’ll feel right at home. Our instructors create a supportive atmosphere that encourages everyone to move at their own pace. No judgments, just positive vibes!

  • Two Enthusiastic Instructors: With two experienced and energetic instructors leading each class, you’ll have plenty of guidance and inspiration to follow along, pick up new moves, and challenge yourself at your own level.
